New soccer stadium set to be completed this November in Eugene | News [Video]

EUGENE, Ore — The finishing touches are being completed at Market of Choice Field to the new stadium at Civic Park. 

The new stadium will have several new features, including seating for 3,500 people, state-of-the-art locker rooms, and a premier soccer field. In total the stadium project costs around $42 million.

The stadium was a collaboration between the Eugene Civic Alliance and Kidsports. It comes years after the 2015 fire that destroyed the historic Civic Stadium.

Hayden Galas, Carlos Ariel de Dios Cruz, Rodolfo Arroyo, Tomas Cerrano are all born and raised in Eugene and they play for Lane United Football Club in the United Soccer League’s League 2.
