NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TAKE NOTICE that the City Council for the City of Waynesboro will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 26, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. in City Council Chambers, Charles T. Yancey Municipal Building, 503 W. Main Street, Waynesboro, VA to receive public comment on the following: A conditional use permit request by Victor Manuel Cordero Ocampo and Saray Zavala Santos to allow for a manufactured home in the RG-5 (General Residential) District at 600 N Commerce Avenue (TM# 37-1-32, lots 22, 23, & 24), Waynesboro, Virginia.
