Create a google drive and shoot b-roll everyday. B-roll stands for BTS and is simple cods like this one here. All videos go into that google drive

Save this so you refer back to it and follow @amygregory for more

Create a google doc and spend 1 hour a week creating a list of relevant headlines for your audience. Add and sort this list every week and put it into the same google drive as your b-roll video

Create another google doc full of the links you want to share with your community (followers). This would be property pages, digital products, open houses, etc

Every week spend 30 minutes finding trending audio, put that in a google doc too

Now it’s time to write 5-7 captions that go with those headlines and those links. Keep your captions in a google doc too.

Do this every week for 12 weeks and you’ll now be able to create high performing content in less than 30 min a day 💁🏼‍♀️
