J.J. Weaver hosts second annual Bike Drive for children in Lexington [Video]

For Kentucky, J.J. Weaver has been just as impactful in the community as he has been on the field. The senior outside linebacker came to the University of Kentucky to play football, but he’ll leave with a legacy that transcends the field.

In 2023, Weaver founded The Perfect Fit Support Group. This peer-led grief counseling group allows a safe space for students and athletes alike to talk to others about their struggles and mental health. Through The Perfect Fit, the native of Louisville is able to extend his efforts beyond Kentucky’s campus and give back to children in communities across Kentucky.

Weaver hosts football camps for kids, organizes drives for back-to-school supplies, and now, continues The Perfect Fit Bike Drive to give children the opportunity to ride, play, and just be kids.
