GBAPS gives updates on renovations & new additions [Video]

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Green Bay area students’ first day of school is just a week away. The public school district is sharing updates on social media.

An update to the Green Bay West High School stadium project indicates the stadium should have restrooms and concessions.

Construction will continue but the school plans to hold its homecoming game on September 20.

The district is also holding a ribbon cutting for the new playground at Aldo Leopold Community School on Wednesday.

The playground complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act, giving children with differing abilities more fun opportunities.

The district details other improvements over the summer on its website.
