Mt. Tabor Brewing shuts down operations in Portland, Vancouver [Video]

PORTLAND, Ore. — Mt. Tabor Brewing announced on social media Wednesday that it is shutting down operations at both its Southeast Portland and Vancouver locations.

“After 8 incredible years, it’s with mixed emotions that we announce the closing of Mt. Tabor Brewing Pub,” Mt. Tabor Brewing posted on Instagram. “This journey has been more than just brewing beer — it’s been about building a community, sharing stories, and creating memories with each and every one of you.”

The brewery was known for its classic pub-style beers and pizza. Just four months ago, the pub took home bronze at the Oregon Beer Awards for its Checkered Flannel Brown Ale in the Classic North American Styles category.
