Connecting for Kids August programs in Westlake: Short Takes on the Westshore [Video]

Connecting for Kids (CFK) provides resources, support and community to families in Northeast Ohio who have concerns about their child. CFK supports families who have children with mental health concerns, developmental delays and disabilities as well as those facing major life changes.

Each month a variety of activities are planned throughout the area for families. This month at the Westlake Porter Public Library, 27333 Center Ridge Road, Music Therapy & More will take place at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 9-10. The program is designed for families and their children, ages 0 – 6 years-old, who have concerns about development. The hands-on program will teach families how to use music to improve their child’s academic, motor, communication and social skills, as well as behavior. The program is led by a board-certified music therapist.
