RNR Tire Express hold back-to-school backpack giveaway [Video]

PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) – RNR Tire Express at their Parkersburg location recently held a backpack giveaway for the back-to-school season coming up.

Kyle Finnerty, a sales manager at RNR Tire Express, said this is something RNR has been doing annually.

“Something RNR does every year is a backpack drive to give to the kids and community as well,” Finnerty said. “We’re just making sure every child goes back to school with everything they need.”

Kyle added that they started out with around 70 backpacks. By the end of the morning, they were only down to only 18 backpacks.

Kyle said it is also exciting to see the faces of someone receiving a new backpack as they hope to double their results for next year.

“It’s always exciting to see a smile on a child’s face,” Finnerty added. “It kind of brings a little joy to yourself, and it feels good. RNR …
