Big things are happening in Bella Vista and parts of Benton County.Tom and Steuart Walton, who co-founded the Runway Group, recently announced their real estate development arm – Blue Crane – has bought roughly 2,700 acres there.Runway and Blue Crane each made the announcement on their websites in May.That was directly followed by a public announcement at the Bella Vista Country Club, where hundreds showed up, eagerly anticipating details about what they plan to do with it.However, very little was revealed that day or since.“Developing such a comprehensive plan for such a large area is going to take some time. We have to give them time.
