Yotam Ottolenghi to host dinner at Atzaro Agroturismo Hotel in Ibiza [Video]

Yotam Ottolenghi, the culinary alchemist who can weave magic with nothing more than an aubergine and a spice drawer, is coming to the White Island to host a very special dining experience.

Held at the beautiful Atzaró Agroturismo hotel, a 300-year-old finca set in 13-hectare grounds in the north of the island, the evening with Ottolenghi will be a five-course menu created by the chef and his team, using produce freshly hand-picked from the lush gardens of the hotel.

The meal will be served on sharing family-style tables in the hotel’s vast vegetable garden, along with locally sourced wines and welcome drinks.
