Yahoo has officially opened its new offices at the EXO building in the Dublin docklands.
The 3,317 sq m (35,703 sq ft) office will house staff in engineering, research & development, legal, finance, sales, operations, customer care and security roles.
Jim Lanzone, CEO of Yahoo, said the office would foster collaboration and innovation in the region, and it is expected that the site will enhance the company’s services in corporate functions globally, across Europe and in Ireland.
“With dedicated space for our engineering, sales, security, operations and finance teams, we’re better positioned to serve our customers as a trusted guide navigating the digital landscape,” Lanzone added.
The internet services company said the new office is “an important milestone in continuing [its] regional presence and a commitment to supporting local talent for the city’s growing tech space.”
