PEORIA (25News Now) – Peoria Police say a woman is stable after being shot in the back Wednesday.
Officers were called before 1 p.m. Wednesday to the 800 block of East Virginia Avenue in the city’s East Bluff neighborhood.
Police say a woman with a stab wound was also dropped off at a hospital by private vehicle and is connected to the shooting incident.
Police are investigating and following leads to a possible suspect.
