SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. (WALA) – A New Orleans woman was arrested in Santa Rosa County for shoplifting from multiple stores in Florida, Alabama, Texas, and Louisiana, according to court documents.
Court documents said Monique Sandifer was allegedly part of a group that stole more than $77,000 in fragrances from Ulta Beauty Stores in multiple cities including Mobile and Pace.
Investigators said they were able to track down Sandifer as one of the suspects after she attempted to sell the stolen fragrances on her social media.
Sandifer is charged with several counts including organized dealing of stolen property, eluding, and larceny, according to jail records.
Court records show Sandifer is due in court on Dec 19.
