NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Mid-City Bayou Boogaloo is supposed to return to Bayou St. John for a 17th year this weekend. But what will wet weather and strong winds mean for those who are planning to go?

The three-day event will include live music performances, food vendors, an arts market, a kid’s area, a VIP area, a crawfish eating contest, a baby alligator petting zoo and water activities.
