MARSHALL, Texas (KETK) – Wiley University in Marshall has signed a memorandum of understanding with Anguilla Community College on the Caribbean island of Anguilla.

The memorandum creates a strategic partnership between the two campuses that’s designed to help create opportunities for educational and cultural exchange. A Wiley University press release said it’s all a part of the two institutions’ commitment to expand learning around the globe.
As a result of this new memorandum, students will be able to formally transfer credits and apply for scholarships offered at Wiley University.
Representatives from Anguilla Community College and Wiley University president Herman J. Felton, Jr. signed the memorandum in person in Long Path, Anguilla on Nov. 4. Anguilla Community College is the island’s first indigenous tertiary education institution.
