54-year-old Wilburt Ray Davis is a suspect in the murder of Kendra Vollmers on May 21.
On Tuesday, May 21, at approximately 5 p.m., the Midland Police Department responded to a murder at the 4400 block of Parkdale Drive.
The release further stated that Vollmers was discovered dead inside her home by family members.
The scene indicated that Vollmers had been strangled to death.
Following the investigation, authorities identified Davis as the suspect responsible for murder and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Davis is described as 6 foot 4 inches and is about 305 lbs.
He is considered armed and dangerous.
