In this video I talk about why in two of my recent multifamily projects I decided to switch the projects from apartments to condos! Though I love both buildings and the locations, I discuss the financial reasons as to why I think it’s better to sell the building as condos and realize the profits today rather than apply my typical strategy of long-term buy and hold.
