WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. — Rookie DT Michael Hall Jr. came to the Browns with some pretty lofty goals — specifically, contending for AP NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year honors.
Now, three days into training camp, the Browns’ No. 54 overall pick is seemingly in great position to grab hold of a big opportunity in a very talented position group.
“I feel like my skillset, my talent, I bring a lot of energy to the game and I bring a lot of juice,” Hall said following the Browns’ Saturday afternoon practice at the Greenbrier.
“I’m out there working just as hard as those guys are, and it’s a lot of guys. We have a couple of 10-year-plus guys, and a lot of guys that’s played a lot of football. So just being able to learn from them, I feel like it’s just the best thing ever and I’m just very blessed to be around a great group …
