TREN TWINS Christian and Michael Gaiera are bodybuilders who often go viral for posting controversial content.

Michael won his first open class bodybuilding competition in Vancouver 2024 Finals, with his twin Christian securing second place.

Born April 2001 Christian and Michael grew up in Clinton Township, Michigan.

The 23-year-old brothers of mixed heritage pursued their undergraduate studies at Madonna University.

Christian studied medicine, while Michael studied data analytics.

The twins played college football, and developed a shared love for bodybuilding at the age of 13.
