Our eggnog consists of *** crememe glaze, *** classic French dessert sauce that is cream or milk, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla beans. After we finished cooking the sauce, we add aged rum, brandy, and sherry to finish it off. Uh, we then put it in the refrigerator for just shy of *** year.
