The Westlake Porter Public Library, 27333 Center Ridge Road, Westlake, is truly a destination place for the community. Library officials recently announced that the second phase of building improvement projects designed to provide new services to the community, as well as enhance the visitor experience, is scheduled to begin Aug. 19.
