West Nassau High School student arrested [Video]

The 15-year-old wrote threatening messages via Snapchat and brought a knife to school, police said.

NASSAU COUNTY, FLORIDA, Fla. — A 15-year-old student was arrested at West Nassau High School last week, the sheriff’s office wrote in a press release distributed Wednesday. He was charged with making written or electronic threats to kill.

NCSO says that around 1:30 p.m. last Tuesday, a school research officer found out a 9th grade student was “making threats.” An arrest report shows he wrote things such as “I’m going to (expletive) you up and put you in a (expletive) casket myself today you little (expletive).” 

The 15-year-old was taken to the office and his backpack was searched. 

A “fixed-blade knife” in a black sheath was found in the backpack, according to NCSO.
