Wendy’s and their square patties will be teaming up with another iconic square for a one-of-a-kind meal deal and exclusive food items.
MACON, Ga. — Ever since “SpongeBob SquarePants” debuted in 1999, fans of the show have been dreaming of trying a real-life Krabby Patty. Now, thanks to a partnership between Paramount and Wendy’s, they’ll get that opportunity.
On Wednesday, Wendy’s announced a new collaboration with the famous Nickelodeon children’s show. The so-called “Kollab” is celebrating the 25 anniversary of SpongeBob hitting the airwaves.
This anniversary and partnership have allowed for menu items from the show to be brought into real life for the first time ever.
The “Kollab” will feature Wendy’s take on the Krabby Patty, with their “Krabby Patty Kollab Burger.” It has the restaurant’s famous square patty, two slices of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions.
The burger will also feature a secret recipe, just like the Krabby Patty in the show. It …
