Walmart says it’ll look into customers’ frustrations over app change making it difficult to adjust orders [Video]

WALMART has assured customers it’s investigating technical issues with its mobile application.

Several customers have cited the alleged problems this month, noting particular troubles with grocery delivery.

Getting items delivered straight to their front door is an option for all shoppers at the retail giant.

Walmart Plus members, however, don’t have to pay a standard fee for the service, ranging from around $7 to $10.

Any orders can be completed through Walmart’s website or app, but some have claimed the app’s buttons are malfunctioning.

“@Walmart your grocery ordering through the app has gotten annoying recently,” a customer fumed in a post on X last week.
