A CUSTOMER has blasted Walmart for a new policy change.
They claimed the adjustment drastically impacted grocery trips, causing long lines and wait times.
The policy, a 15-item limit placed at self-checkout kiosks, has yet to be implemented nationwide but is currently being tested at select stores.
Mandy, a frequent Walmart shopper, went to her local store earlier this month where the policy was being tested.
She cited a negative experience, arguing it causes more harm than good to customers with more than 15 items because of a lack of cashiered lanes.
“Dundalk Walmart is so f***ing sh**ty bro,” wrote a shopper, Mandy, in a post to X earlier this month.
