Viatel Technology Group appoints James Finglas as general manager following acquisition [Video]

Viatel Technology Group has appointed James Finglas as general manager of its expanded digital services decision following its acquisition of MJ Flood Technology, where he was managing director.

The deal, which was announced in April, has now received regulatory approval, clearing the way for the combination of the tech solutions firms.

Finglas has 26 years of industry experience and grew MJ Flood Technology into a multi-million euro business specialising in known for excellence in cybersecurity, cloud migration, Microsoft telephony, and modern work solutions.

“We have a very clear intention to establish Viatel Technology Group as the leader in cybersecurity, cloud and Microsoft solutions in Ireland and beyond,” said Paul Rellis, CEO of Viatel Technology Group.
