MOORHEAD, Minn. (Valley News Live) – Moorhead Police are investigating gunshots fired on Monday, November 18.
Police were dispatched to a report of gunshots heard in the 2700 block of 14th Street South at 9:42 p.m. Sergeant Nick Schultz says officers found casings in the road, but no victims or property damage were located.
Witnesses told officers that a dark SUV was possibly involved.
People in the immediate area are being asked to check video surveillance for anything relevant to the investigation. Anyone with information should contact the Red River Regional Dispatch Center at 701-451-7660 and ask to speak to a Moorhead Police Supervisor.
The Moorhead Police Department was assisted by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office and Minnesota State Patrol.
