DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) – UPDATE: The City of Dothan’s payment kiosks are now back in service, according to a statement.
The kiosks were down due to a nationwide outage, the City said.
The City apologized for any inconvenience the outage may have caused customers.
ORIGINAL: The City of Dothan’s payment kiosks are temporarily out of service, the City announced Thursday.
The kiosks are out of order due to unspecified technical issues.
Customers can make payments:
- Online, one-time payments or by logging into MyUsage account
- MyUsage app on mobile devices
- By phone at 334-615-411, option 2
The City of Dothan apologized for any inconvenience to customers.
