University of Nebraska moving forward with UNK chancellor search [Video]

LINCOLN, Neb. (Press Release) – The University of Nebraska is moving forward with a national search for the next chancellor of the University of Nebraska at Kearney, President Jeffrey P. Gold, M.D., announced Thursday.

With students and faculty back on campus for the fall semester and able to fully participate in the search process, Dr. Gold reconvened the search committee to formally charge them with finding the next leader to steer UNK into its next chapter.

“UNK has extraordinary opportunities to change the lives of students and grow Nebraska, particularly our rural communities, well into the future,” Dr. Gold said. “I’m confident we will find the right person to lead UNK forward.
