University of Evansville unveils a new space for student wellness and connection, their Legacy Courtyard | News [Video]

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) —The Legacy Courtyard is a brand-new space designed to foster community, relaxation, and connection among students. 

This space was a vision brought to life by the Student Government Association and its President, one of the constant suggestions by students had been more outdoor recreational and study space.

44News spoke with President of the Student Government Association, Benton Simpson, on the importance of collaboration on this project.

“Just the fact that this is completely student driven, completely student funded, just shows how much the University of Evansville really cares to push students forward. And make their desires come to fruition,” Simpson expressed.
