The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency said an undercover police operation led to a drug bust inside of a Westbrook apartment house.Christopher Ciprian, 41, was arrested as he left his first-floor apartment at 43 Rochester St. at about 9:30 a.m. Thursday. Ciprian was taken into custody without incident on two felony counts, each of trafficking fentanyl and possession of fentanyl.The Maine DEA and Westbrook Police Department had been investigating the home after concerns from the community put it on their radar.”Neighbors in the community contacted both MDEA and Westbrook police about people coming and going at all hours of night, people yelling in the street — just disorderly, which drew our attention,” said Maine DEA Cmdr. Scott Pelletier.The Maine DEA said agents saw activities consistent with drug trafficking happening at Ciprian’s apartment.
