U.S. Marshals said man wanted for attempted homicide and robbery surrendered in OKC | News [Video]

UPDATE (10/4/24) — The U.S. Marshals Service in Tulsa said a man wanted in Creek County for attempted homicide and robbery surrendered to U.S. Marshals in Oklahoma City on Friday morning.

FOX23 told you on Wednesday the U.S. Marshals Service in Tulsa was seeking the public’s help locating Diamonte Proctor.

USMS said Tulsa and Muskogee U.S. Marshals were actively working other tips that came in Thursday night.

Proctor stated he was scared other gang members would turn him in for the reward money.

“We appreciate the prompt dissemination of the press release yesterday,” USMS said.

Diamonte Larmar Proctor, 32, has ties to the Bristow, Oklahoma City and Yukon areas.
