EULESS, Texas — The Dallas-Fort Worth chapter of the Muslim civil rights and advocacy group Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) held a press conference on Saturday in Richardson to discuss an incident that they said took place at a North Texas apartment complex pool last month in which a woman was arrested for attempted capital murder after allegedly trying to drown a 3-year-old Muslim child of Palestinian descent.
According to Euless police, the alleged attack occurred back on May 19, 2024, when officers responded to the 2500 block of Highway 360 to a report of a disturbance between two women.
