After the men were spotted in a Scottsburg Wendy’s parking lot, they tried to flee law enforcement.
BULLITT COUNTY, Ky. — Two men are in custody after an armed robbery and multi-county high speed chase, according to a press release from the Indiana State Police (ISP).
They say around 10:40 p.m. on Wednesday the Bullitt County Sheriff’s Office contacted ISP asking for troopers to check the Henryville area for two armed robbery suspects.
Deputies told ISP the men were driving a stolen Ford F150 pickup.
As troopers were making their way to the area, deputies told them they suspects were spotted near a Wendy’s in Scottsburg, Indiana.
Scottsburg police and Scott County deputies also saw the suspects but when the men saw law enforcement they tried to leave the area, the release said.
