North Tonawanda Police arrested two 18-years-old for burglary charges.
NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. — North Tonawanda Police investigated an overnight burglary that happened on Tuesday, Dec. 24.
A business on Niagara Falls Boulevard had an alleged report of an overnight burglary, and following investigations revealed extensive damage had been done to the business as well as money stolen.
According to North Tonawanda Police after more investigating, two suspects had been identified. The two suspects were located around 1 p.m. on that same day, and arrested without incident.
North Tonawanda Police identified the two suspects in a press release as Jacob M. Hannah-Albon, 18, and Ryan P. Kindred, 18, both of North Tonawanda.
Both suspects were given the same charges as follows:
- Burglary in the 3rd Degree
- Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree
- Possession of burglar’s tools
- Conspiracy in the 5th Degree
The two men were both booked and held for arraignment. Following arraignment they were both released on their own recognizance with a future court dates.
