KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and other agencies are working to host an “open house” for people around Douglas Lake in effort to assist in debris removal.

TVA told WVLT that they plan to host the event on Monday, Nov. 25 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Field of Dreams Activity Center located at 1145 Treadway Dr. in Dandridge.
The event will have representatives from agencies including the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA), TVA, Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) and others. Each organization will have representatives available to help answer questions.
