TV vets luxe home sold in secret pre-auction deal [Video]

Sea World head veterinarian and TV star Claire Madden’s showstopper Gold Coast home has sold in a hushed eleventh-hour deal.

The renovated three-storey Bundall home had been billed as one to watch among a bumper program of 100-plus properties going under the hammer at The Event by Ray White Surfers Paradise.

But the luxury Palm Springs-inspired pad was one of about 13 properties snapped up before the auction event got underway.

Marketing agent Jackson Paradise said the sale price was “confidential”.

It was to be a second auction stint for Dr Madden and her partner Ash Moore, who first listed the five-bedroom, three-bathroom home on Richmond Ave in October, when it was crowned the Gold Coast’s most popular house on the market.
