Even though our trans community make up less than 1% of US adults, it’s rather shameful how they were scapegoated and attacked as the boogeyman in the 2024 presidential election.

Trump made sure to not only embrace but amplify hateful anti-trans speech including spending millions of dollars in advertising attacking the trans community — tying it back to Kamala Harris and her support for “they/them.”

Since 2023 multiple states have passed more than 100 laws targeting the queer community and our rights, especially our most vulnerable trans brothers and sisters. More here from NBCOut.com
