Trump taps Project 2025 author Russ Vought to lead OMB [Video]

President-elect Donald Trump nominated Russ Vought to lead the Office of Management and Budget again. Vought first served as Trump’s deputy OMB director, then later working as acting OMB director before being nominated to serve in the role permanently in March 2020. Vought was a prominent contributor to the Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025 initiative.
