During August, Bernews posted over 100 videos on our website, various social networks and on our dedicated video website Bernews.TV, and the most viewed videos for the month included the Saildrone Explorers showing waves from Hurricane Ernesto, Bakery Lane and Bernard’s Park flooding after the storm, a look at different weather conditions as the hurricane approached, a police press conference, the Around the Island Powerboat Race, people celebrating after Somerset won Cup Match, the first flights landing after the airport reopend following Ernesto, the Bacchanal Run event, and Horseshoe Beach during Cup Match.
As far as Facebook videos, the most viewed for the month was BELCO’s advisory about power outages following Hurricane Ernesto, on Instagram the most viewed for the month was BWS and BELCO’s advisory about power outages following Hurricane Ernesto, and the most watched Twitter video was BELCO’s advisory about power outages following Hurricane Ernesto.
