A new land development on Brisbane’s outskirts has almost sold out, due to skyrocketing demand for new and affordable homes from first homebuyers in the fast-growing area.

Orchard Property Group has just finished stage seven of its Aurora development, between Deebing Heights and Ripley.

The latest sale was for 63 of 502 lots, with homes from the first five stages already having been built and residents moved in.

Orchard Property’s Aurora, a development in South-East Queensland, is on its final stage of sales before completely selling out.

502 lots are either built or being constructed on the land, with the latest stage of sales selling 63 of them.

Lot sizes from stage seven range from 375 to 606 sqm. Details on stage eight — the final stage — will be later revealed for a January launch, but prices on similar land allotments will range from $300,000 to $400,000.
