SERGEANT BLUFF, IA (KTIV) – Electronic Recycling Services drove down to Sergeant Bluff, IA, this afternoon to collect a variety of appliances that people no longer need.
The drop-off event took place on Saturday, Nov. 2 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Ranging in price from $5 to $45, the community could drop off anything that has a circuit board in it, including televisions, computers, stereos and more.
Wes Olson, the Owner of Electronic Recycling Services said, the items get sent to an EPA-certified recycler to get taken apart to dispose of the hazardous materials inside of it.
