A 21-year-old Tewksbury man charged with the murder of a 15-year-old girl prosecutors say he was in a relationship with had previously faced criminal charges in two separate incidents, including one where he was accused of pointing what appeared to be a gun at a person’s head.
In 2022, Trevor Bady was charged with discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, assault with a dangerous weapon, carrying a loaded firearm without a license and carrying a firearm without a license for an incident in January of that year. He was also charged with unarmed robbery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon for an incident in December 2021, Lowell District Court records show.
