CHESAPEAKE, Va. — A shooting in Chesapeake left a teenage male injured on Saturday night.
The shooting was reported about 9:13 p.m., according to a Chesapeake Police Department press release. It happened in the 2400 block of Chesapeake Square Ring Road.
Officers found the victim at a nearby residence. He was transported to a hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
