Tectonic Metals provides update on Flat Gold project at VRIC [Video]

Tony Reda, CEO of Tectonic Metals, joined Steve Darling from Proactive at the Vancouver Resources Investment Conference (VRIC). Reda shared insights into the company’s unique approach to engaging with First Nations before initiating any work, emphasizing the collaboration on their Flat Gold Project in southwestern Alaska.

Reda noted that 2024 marks only the second year of drilling at the Flat Gold Project, an expansive, district-scale intrusion-hosted gold system with six intrusion targets. The project spans 99,000 acres and is located on predominantly Alaskan Native-owned land under Doyon, Limited, one of Alaska’s largest Native Regional Corporations. Doyon is also Tectonic’s second-largest shareholder.

One of the key targets at Flat Gold is Chicken Mountain, a 6.5 km x 6.0 km monzonite intrusion that hosts a prominent north-northwest oriented structural zone known as the Chicken Mountain Structure.
