GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Eleven students from Sanger B. Powers Correction Center are graduating from NWTC.
They earned college diplomas through a unique program allowing them to earn a certificate in industrial maintenance.
This collaboration between NWTC and the Wisconsin Department of Justice is in its fifth year.
