GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Eleven students from Sanger B. Powers Correction Center are graduating from NWTC.
They earned college diplomas through a unique program allowing them to earn a certificate in industrial maintenance.
This collaboration between NWTC and the Wisconsin Department of Justice is in its fifth year.
In the video above, we went to the NWTC campus to learn more about the program and its plans for future expansion in a conversation with Jill Thiede, Associate Dean of Trades & Engineering Technologies.
