Students excel across the country: Medina County College Corner [Video]

MEDINA, Ohio — Here is the latest news about collegians from Medina County.

The University of Tampa: Local students who have earned dean’s list honors at UT include Austin Lindsey of Medina, a senior majoring in entrepreneurship; Kayla Moner of Brunswick, a sophomore majoring in marketing; and Mia Beckler of Brunswick, a junior majoring in finance.

Lindsey also graduated from The University of Tampa with a bachelor of science degree.

Kalamazoo College: Roze Kerr of Hinckley has been named to the Kalamazoo College Spring 2024 dean’s list.

American International College: AIC student-athlete Gabrielle Miller of Hinckley has been named to the National Intercollegiate Rugby Association 2023-2024 All-Academic Team.

Miller was among seven members of the AIC women’s rugby team to be selected.

To earn the accolade, student-athletes must have a cumulative grade-point average at or above 3.5.
