Strengthen law enforcement, cooperation to curb South China Sea damage [Video]

Chinese scientists say a grounded Philippine ship is threatening the coral reef ecosystem of the Ren’ai Reef. Pollution has impacted the natural environment and marine industry in the South China Sea. Shen Yiyang, director of the Inclusive Development Research Center, says the entire area needs to strengthen law enforcement, and increase financial support and international cooperation to curb ecological damage.
