Jania Massey is the Executive Director of Stiletto Boss University, a program that cultivates leadership in  young women. The program, which has raised over $1.5 million and has served over 1,000 participants, not only bolsters entrepreneurial dreams of young girls, it affirms their eventual womanhood.  ‘COMMUNITY VOICES’ host, Ron Holland talked with Jania Massey about the University’s 8th anniversary, and its Vision 1000 initiative.
